Christmas Docheads

Our Docheads Christmas Party will be on 18th December, from 7pm at Monty’s bar, 149 Brick Lane.
But it’s not just a Christmas Party, it’s a chance to see some excellent docs, and on top of that we’re launching our new competition with RANKIN FILM PRODUCTIONS to win a new commission for HungerTV.

Virunga in UK Cinemas

An early supporter of DocHeads, Orlando von Einsiedel’s film Virunga (which has been winning acclaim and awards around the world) starts its UK cinema release next week. There are a number of London screenings and we would urge you all to go and see it.
We have 4 tickets to offer to paid Docheads members! If you are signed in as a member, you should be able to see the entry code on a separate post. Email it to info@docheads.org with VIRGUNGA OFFER in the heading. Winners will be announced on Wednesday.

Feeling fired up and inspired by this year’s Doc/Fest? Want to make the most of the post-festival buzz and get feedback on your ideas to develop a strategy to fund, distribute and exhibit your linear or interactive project?
Sheffield Doc/Fest is pleased to present the Market Toolkit workshops as a follow up to your Doc/Fest experience. Doc/Fest is setting up shop for the summer in London’s East End to bring you three days of workshops to hone your skills in pitching, funding and distribution, and provide you with an essential Market Toolkit to get your project out there into the world.
Go to all three days with our excellent value bundle package, or pick one or two days.
